“One hundred years from now, it will not matter what kind of car I drove, what kind of house I lived in, how much was in my bank account, nor what my clothes looked like. But the world may be a little better because I was important in the life of a child.”

MHDC was founded in 1989 with the goal of providing quality dance instruction in a nurturing environment to students in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. What began with one instructor in a single dance studio has grown to include a nationally ranked staff, a purpose-built, state-of-the-art facility, and over 500 students.

Our goal is to teach our students to express themselves in a fun, positive way. We provide a supportive environment that teaches not only dance technique, but also valuable skills like discipline, confidence, and creativity. Our dedication to community service serves as a reminder that no one person is too small to make a difference.

In our Dancing Tots to Teens program, we offer dance instruction to students of all levels in ballet, tap, jazz, modern, and hip hop. Our competition team program is designed to help pre-professional students grow artistically and technically. Our curriculum has served as a model for dance studios across the country, and our dedicated teachers are passionate about what they do.
